MinebeaMitsumi's discharge IC includes a function that rapidly discharges the output capacitance of the power supply IC. It consists of a transistor and an inverter, allowing it to control the power-down sequence in coordination with the enable signal of the power supply IC. MinebeaMitsumi MM3782 is a negative output discharge IC designed to rapidly discharge the electric charge stored in capacitors when the power supply is turned off. It is suitable for shutting down multiple power supply for image sensors and similar devices, and can be easily controlled using a positive voltage from a microcontroller. Thanks to its built-in inverter and NMOS transistor, the IC reduces the number of parts, simplifies peripheral wiring, and minimizes leakage current. Its compact PLP-4C/SC-82 package contributes to saving PCB space.
MM3782 features :
- 1ch negative voltage discharge
